Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our night operations team.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues that arise during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize remote workflows and database performance.
- Maintain and monitor server health and application stability 24/7.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff members during shift hours.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software development (Java, Python, or C# preferred).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proven experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Availability to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
