Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain remote systems during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document incident reports and resolution workflows in company ticketing system
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless cross-shift handovers
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed documentation
- Participate in monthly overnight system maintenance windows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in IT support or technical operations role
- Proven night shift or 24/7 operations experience
- Expertise in Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to troubleshoot remotely
- Excellent written communication for cross-team documentation
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Reliable home internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
