Responsibilities
- Execute complex technical tasks during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PT)
- Maintain 99.9% uptime for critical systems during off-peak hours
- Document procedures and provide detailed shift handover reports
- Collaborate with cross-continental teams using virtual communication tools
- Proactively identify and resolve system vulnerabilities before peak hours
- Train on new proprietary technologies during scheduled onboarding sessions
- Participate in quarterly remote team-building activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in technical support or systems administration
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues with minimal supervision
