Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets and inquiries during night shifts.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and solutions via phone, chat, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest improvements to the knowledge base.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by resolving issues on the first contact.
Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States (Boston, MA preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
