- Provide 24/7 remote technical support via phone, chat, and remote access during night shifts
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including network connectivity, system crashes, and security threats
- Document all support tickets with detailed resolution steps in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global IT teams during escalation scenarios
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and security patching
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through first-call resolution
- Train junior support staff on troubleshooting methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks under pressure
- Must reside in Massachusetts or North Carolina per state compliance
