Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues including network connectivity and system configurations
- Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting steps and customer interactions
- Collaborate with global support teams during escalations and cross-functional projects
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and recommend preventive solutions
- Adhere to SLA metrics and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical support with night shift experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira) and remote desktop tools
