Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues via phone, chat, and remote access for enterprise clients
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems with precision and clarity
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex network and security escalations
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction through empathetic communication
- Adhere to SLAs and KPIs while optimizing resolution times
- Participate in weekly cross-team training sessions
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and report trends
Qualifications
- 2+ years in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent experience
- Proven night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM PST)
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills across Windows/macOS/Linux
- Strong written communication with zero accent barriers
- High-speed home internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Comfortable with remote monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Datadog)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
