Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across multiple platforms
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with global support teams during critical incident escalations
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through empathetic communication
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and suggest improvements
- Train junior support staff on troubleshooting methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience with Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- CCNA or CompTIA A+ certification required
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, or similar ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with root cause analysis skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during critical outages
- High-speed home internet connection and quiet workspace
