Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone during designated night shift hours (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Pacific Time).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex software, hardware, and network issues for enterprise-level clients.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all technical interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate seamlessly with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of support and knowledge transfer.
- Identify recurring technical trends and relay actionable insights to the product development team.
- Adhere to all company security protocols and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, professional home workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
