Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to clients via chat, email, and phone during night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues remotely.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.
- Escalate critical issues to the day-shift team with detailed context to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings for the night shift.
- Participate in nightly team stand-ups and training sessions to stay updated on new technologies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service (minimum 2 years).
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude across various operating systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
