We are looking for problem-solvers who are available to work overnight shifts to ensure our clients receive seamless support.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone and online channels during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical best practices.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance (1-2 years preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
