Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure during overnight hours
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise clients
- Execute system patches and security protocols during low-traffic windows
- Document incident reports and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during handover transitions
- Proactively identify and resolve potential system vulnerabilities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT infrastructure support experience
- Expertise in AWS/Azure and Linux/Windows Server environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network, storage, and virtualization
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure situations
- Previous night shift experience preferred
