Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access for enterprise systems
- Monitor server infrastructure and resolve critical outages during overnight hours
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover and continuity

Qualifications
