Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud systems
- Document incidents, solutions, and knowledge base articles in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Conduct routine system backups and security patch implementations
- Train junior support staff on troubleshooting procedures

Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in night shift environments
