Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain company-provided equipment during overnight operations
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on servers, networks, and security systems
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Respond to emergency alerts and troubleshoot critical infrastructure problems
- Conduct regular equipment audits and system health checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT support or equipment maintenance
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
