Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Log and manage support tickets accurately within the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction during night operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be available to start immediately.
