Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and customer support via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Monitor system performance logs to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and issue continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies and IT security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations calmly.
- Reliable transportation (public transit is available near the location).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) as required.
