Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, chat, and remote tools
- Monitor and maintain critical systems during overnight hours
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base contributions
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional projects
- Adhere to SLAs and security protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Office Suite)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Flexibility to adapt to rotating schedules
