Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during the night shift.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of support services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional demeanor.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely (Hybrid option available).
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
