Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues and implement effective solutions
- Document all support tickets with detailed notes in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless issue escalation and resolution
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential infrastructure concerns
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client data
- Participate in weekly knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of technical support experience in a 24/7 environment
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking basics, and diagnostic tools

- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
