Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issuesDocument all interactions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global support teams
- Adhere to SLA and security protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior technicians during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
