Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain specialized industrial equipment during overnight shifts
- Conduct diagnostic troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems
- Document maintenance logs and incident reports in real-time
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Perform routine equipment calibration and preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency breakdowns with precision and urgency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
- 2+ years experience in equipment maintenance or technical support
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying environmental conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in basic diagnostic software and tools
- Availability to work flexible overnight schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
