Responsibilities

- Resolve hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote access tools
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain detailed case logs
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical incident responses
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments during off-peak hours
- Train clients on security protocols and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address anomalies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or cybersecurity operations
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows/Linux systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) preferred
