Responsibilities
- Monitor server health and network performance during the night shift to prevent downtime.
- Resolve complex technical tickets, escalating critical issues to day-shift specialists when necessary.
- Perform routine software updates, patch management, and security audits.
- Document all technical procedures and incident reports in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve night-shift workflows.
- Provide 24/7 technical support coverage for enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., Zoom, TeamViewer, GoToAssist).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues without immediate supervision.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
