Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets via our CRM system during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for B2B clients.
- Ensure all interactions meet our strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while supporting clients remotely.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Support or Customer Service.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and internet connectivity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during night hours.
