Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support via chat, phone, and email for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems for remote users, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions, resolutions, and tickets in the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with the day-shift support team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and ticket closure.
- Proactively monitor ticket queues and escalate critical issues to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and internal processes to provide superior customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer service roles.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
