Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to remote clients via chat, email, and phone during night hours.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineering teams for further investigation.
- Collaborate with the day-shift support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
