Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for enterprise-level cybersecurity systems and network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Monitor security alerts, troubleshoot incidents, and implement remediation actions in real-time
- Document all support activities using ticketing systems with detailed technical specifications
- Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve cross-functional system issues
- Conduct periodic system maintenance, updates, and vulnerability assessments
- Deliver user training on security best practices and system protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for support workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, network troubleshooting, and cloud platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues remotely
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access tools
- Valid U.S. work authorization and reliable high-speed internet connection
