Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone and email during designated night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues remotely.
- Log, track, and manage support tickets in our CRM system to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to escalate complex issues and document solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct nightly system checks and security updates to ensure platform stability.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift (e.g., 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM EST).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office productivity software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic network and hardware problems independently.
