Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during night hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers of complex cases.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on system upgrades.
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineering teams when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or help desk roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on hardware and software diagnostics.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
