Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems for remote clients via phone and chat.
- 24/7 Coverage: Maintain consistent availability during the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) to support global customers.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver empathetic and professional support, aiming for high customer satisfaction scores.
- Documentation: Accurately log all interactions, resolutions, and technical notes into our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Training: Participate in nightly training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and protocols.
Qualifications
- Location: Must reside within Los Angeles, CA (or immediate surrounding areas) with a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Zendesk).
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
