Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer information, orders, and account details into our database systems.
- Verify data against source documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Review and correct discrepancies in existing records to maintain data integrity.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems for efficient retrieval.
- Generate and format data reports using Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Assist the administrative team with general clerical duties, including scanning and faxing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or experience in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 words per minute).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable internet connection for remote positions or access to a vehicle for on-site roles.
