- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports and data summaries for management review.
- Communicate effectively with the team via email and secure chat platforms.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all sensitive and personal information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or general administrative roles is a plus.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
