Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and verify customer and client data into our proprietary CRM and database systems.
- Review and proofread typed documents and forms to ensure zero errors and high-quality output.
- Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly categorized.
- Perform regular data audits to identify discrepancies and suggest improvements to workflow processes.
- Assist in the transcription of handwritten notes into digital formats using standard software.
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding project deadlines and data requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy (99%+).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace.
