- Verify and correct data entry errors in real-time to ensure data integrity.
- Review incoming documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before processing.
- Sort, file, and manage both physical and electronic records efficiently.
- Assist in generating reports and summarizing data for management review.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in business or data management preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or administrative support roles.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup suitable for remote work.
