Responsibilities
- Equipment Management: Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot company-issued hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals) for remote staff members.
- Ticket Resolution: Log and resolve technical support tickets in our Helpdesk system, prioritizing urgent issues efficiently.
- Software Support: Assist users with remote desktop access, VPN connectivity, and software installation.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all remote equipment meets our strict cybersecurity and data privacy standards.
- User Training: Conduct virtual training sessions to educate employees on new software tools and security protocols.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and uptime to proactively identify potential issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical field.
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Hardware Knowledge: Strong understanding of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking basics.
