- Document interactions in CRM system while maintaining data accuracy standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Meet personalized productivity targets during flexible 4-6 hour shifts
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback loops
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
