The Role: In this part-time position, you will act as the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform. While this is a remote role, we value candidates based in the Dallas, TX area who understand the local business culture.
Responsibilities
- Client Retention: Proactively manage relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction scores.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the escalation point for complex client inquiries, resolving technical or operational issues efficiently.
- Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process, providing training and resources to ensure a smooth transition.
- Data Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback and communicate it to the product and engineering teams to drive product enhancements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to align on client goals and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client support.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polite demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours/week) with a reliable internet connection.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to work remotely from the Dallas, TX area.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
