Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and grow client relationships through regular check-ins and strategic account planning
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and video conferencing
- Identify and resolve client issues while maintaining high satisfaction scores (>95%)
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to communicate client feedback and feature requests
- Develop and implement customized onboarding experiences for new clients
- Track and analyze client health metrics to identify expansion opportunities
- Create and maintain detailed client documentation and success plans
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS technology
- Proven track record of meeting retention and growth targets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote settings
