- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
- Monitor support metrics and maintain service level agreements
- Participate in bi-weekly team syncs and professional development sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer support experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
