- Generate weekly performance reports and data quality metrics
- Collaborate with remote team leads to optimize data workflows
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR standards
- Complete 150-200 daily data entries with consistent quality
- Participate in monthly virtual training sessions on new software tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong typing speed (60+ WPM) and 10-key proficiency
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Available for 20-25 hours/week (flexible scheduling)
