- Process and verify data from source documents within SLAs
- Identify and resolve discrepancies through cross-referencing
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel
- Adhere to strict HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Collaborate with team leads via Slack and virtual meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ years data entry experience or equivalent training
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 10,000+ KPH accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel essential)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
- Detail-oriented with exceptional error-spotting ability
- Strong written communication skills
- Reliable availability for 20-25 hours/week
