Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify customer and client data into our secure CRM and database systems.
- Maintain and update existing records to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Transcribe information from physical documents or audio files into digital formats.
- Review data for errors, omissions, and inconsistencies, and correct as necessary.
- Organize digital and physical files for easy retrieval and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding data discrepancies or urgent requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy (90%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
