Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via remote desktop and ticketing systems.
- Configure and manage VPN access and remote desktop environments to ensure secure connectivity for off-site employees.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security audits to maintain optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and implement scalable solutions.
- Document technical procedures and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for internal use.
- Monitor system logs and alerts to proactively identify and resolve potential downtime issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, including Active Directory.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote, unstructured environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends if required by business needs.
