Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat to internal employees.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot work-from-home equipment provided by the company.
- Manage and maintain inventory of remote support devices and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement remote security protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical customer service.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote access tools and VPNs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
