- Perform on-page and technical SEO audits to optimize website performance and ranking.
- Manage and respond to customer support tickets via email and live chat with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement schema markup and site speed improvements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Analytics, and keyword tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work-from-home setting.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
