- Conduct research and compile data into concise reports for stakeholders
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns including social media scheduling
- Manage project timelines using Asana and track deliverables
- Provide customer support via Zendesk and resolve client inquiries
- Organise digital files and maintain cloud-based documentation systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative professional
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM systems and customer support platforms
