- Manage and maintain complex calendars for executive leadership and staff.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust plans to accommodate urgent needs.
- Input and update scheduling data into internal management systems accurately.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast resource needs and optimize availability.
- Prepare necessary documentation and reminders for upcoming appointments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or scheduling roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, Acuity) is a plus.
- Must be available to work a flexible part-time schedule.
