Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, semantic HTML and CSS.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) across all digital assets to reach a broader audience.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently within established deadlines.
- Implement and monitor SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, semantic HTML structure, and website performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to code quality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
