Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create compelling content calendars including graphics, videos, and written copy aligned with brand voice
- Monitor analytics weekly, generate performance reports, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs
- Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth
- Collaborate with design team to ensure visual consistency across platforms
- Stay current with platform algorithm updates and emerging social trends
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns and track ROI
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful campaign growth (include metrics)
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Facebook/Instagram Insights and Google Analytics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing best practices
- Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities
- Local New Orleans market experience preferred
